When using our platform ReachOut App (tool.reach-out.app), we process personal data necessary for providing our service. This includes in particular: name, email address, LinkedIn profile data (as provided by the user), and usage data. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract).
7. Hosting
Our website and platform are hosted on servers within the European Union. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with our hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
8. Embedded Content
On our website, we use embedded content from third-party providers, including HubSpot (for appointment bookings). When loading this content, data may be transferred to the respective provider, including your IP address and browser information.

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
